Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: October 20, 2026 · Version 2026-10-20

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and PT Netra Runtime Indonesia, an Indonesian limited liability company ("Netra", "we", "us", or "our"), for your access to and use of the Netra Runtime website, platform, APIs, and related services (the "Service").

Our registered office is Mula Kantor Indonesia Lt. 2, Haery 1 Building, Jl. Kemang Selatan No. 151, RT 004/RW 004, Cilandak Timur, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12560, Indonesia. Our Business Identification Number (NIB) is 2205260153951.

By selecting the acceptance checkbox and continuing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. The Bahasa Indonesia version is the controlling version for Indonesian users; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. Eligibility and launch territory

The Service is currently offered to individuals and organizations in Indonesia. You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children. You may not create an account or use the Service for a person under 18.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your sign-in email, authentication methods, and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly revoking any compromised API key.

2. The Service

Netra provides hosted serverless AI inference, an OpenAI-compatible API, an API playground, API-key management, usage and observability tools, and prepaid credit-based usage. Available models, capabilities, context limits, rate limits, and prices are shown in the Service and may change. We may add, update, suspend, or discontinue features or models.

The Service generates content using artificial intelligence. Read our AI Disclosure before using model output.

3. Credits, prices, billing, and taxes

The Service is billed using prepaid credits.

  • Purchases. You may purchase the credit packs displayed at checkout. One credit represents one US dollar of Service value unless the Service states otherwise. Credits are a limited contractual right to consume the Service; they are not money, electronic money, a deposit, or a transferable financial instrument.
  • No expiration. Unused credits do not expire merely because time passes. They remain available while your account is active, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
  • Consumption. Credits are deducted according to the model price shown in the Service, based on measured token usage or another clearly displayed usage unit. Consumed credits cannot be restored except to correct a verified billing or platform error.
  • Payment providers. Payments are processed by Polar and, where offered, DOKU. Their checkout terms and privacy notices also apply. We do not store full card or bank-account details.
  • Taxes. Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes. The checkout total is authoritative. You must provide accurate billing and tax information.
  • Final sales and refunds. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where Indonesian consumer law requires otherwise, or where we verify a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a failed delivery of purchased credits, or another payment or platform error. Consumed credits are not refundable. To report an error, email rifky@netraruntime.com with the transaction reference and relevant evidence.
  • Chargebacks. Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. A fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
  • Price changes. Price changes apply prospectively. The price displayed for the model when a request is accepted determines that request's metered charge.

Nothing in this section limits a mandatory consumer right or remedy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • violate law, regulation, court order, or another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • create, facilitate, store, or distribute unlawful content, malware, credential theft, fraud, sexual exploitation of minors, targeted harassment, or instructions intended to cause serious harm;
  • gain unauthorized access, evade safeguards or rate limits, interfere with the Service, or test its security without our written authorization;
  • reverse engineer or extract protected source code or model weights except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
  • misrepresent AI output as verified fact, impersonate another person, or conceal AI use where disclosure is legally required;
  • use AI output as the sole basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects on a person, including decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, or access to essential services; or
  • resell or sublicense the Service outside a written agreement with us.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may throttle, suspend, or terminate access as reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or the public or to comply with law.

5. Inputs, outputs, and request recording

"Inputs" include prompts, system and developer messages, conversation history, source code, inference files, tool definitions, tool-call arguments and tool results sent to Netra. "Outputs" include generated responses and returned reasoning or tool calls.

  • Your rights. As between you and Netra, you retain your rights in Inputs and, to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, Outputs. You are responsible for the permissions required to submit and use them.
  • Limited operational licence. You grant Netra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence only to process and transmit Inputs and Outputs, including the memory caching described in the Inference Data Handling Policy, to fulfil your requests and provide storage or support that you explicitly request, subject to mandatory law and the Inference Data Handling Policy. This licence does not permit content use for service improvement, training or advertising.
  • No training or improvement use. Netra does not use Inputs or Outputs to train or fine-tune models, build training datasets, conduct its own content-based evaluations, or improve models or the Service. Choosing optional storage does not change this rule. Content-free operational measurements are separate.
  • Inference Data Handling Policy incorporated. The Inference Data Handling Policy forms part of these Terms. It controls conflicting general permissions concerning inference content, including fallback processing. A provider's general terms do not waive Netra's commitments.
  • Optional saved content. Content recording is off by default. Authorised administrators may explicitly enable request/trace recording; each Playground chat needs its own Save. Content selected for storage, including associated inference files and tool results, must be deleted within 30 days of first capture/initial Save, or earlier on deletion. Editing or replaying saved content does not reset its original deletion deadline. The deadline covers recoverable backup copies. KV-cache lifetime is addressed separately in the Inference Data Handling Policy; 30 days is not a cache TTL. Native RAM/GPU cache entries are shared across customers and last up to seven days from creation, without reset on access or reuse. Once Netra confirms a requested workspace opt-out is active, that workspace cannot read from or add new entries to the shared cache. Existing entries remain until their original expiry. The policy explains these limits and Netra's use of OpenRouter's interpretation of in-memory caching; it does not imply OpenRouter certification or immediate erasure.

Free OCR inputs, extracted text and results are covered by the same default content-handling and no-training commitments in the Inference Data Handling Policy.

See the Privacy Policy for metadata and data-subject rights. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless your use is lawful and appropriate.

6. AI limitations and human oversight

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, insecure, or non-unique. They may reproduce content similar to third-party material. Outputs are not professional legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other expert advice. You must independently review and verify Outputs before relying on them, publishing them, executing generated code, or taking action.

You remain responsible for your use of Inputs and Outputs and for providing meaningful human oversight. Netra does not make decisions on your behalf.

7. Intellectual property

Netra and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, its software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and model or platform technology. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. Product suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Service. This does not grant rights to use inference Inputs, Outputs, code, tool results or other protected content included in feedback; the Inference Data Handling Policy still applies.

8. Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy describes how we process personal data and identifies important service providers. The Service may link to or rely on third-party authentication, payment, infrastructure, or model services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to your direct interactions with them.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material breach, unlawful or harmful use, security risk, payment fraud, legal requirement, or discontinued Service.

Where practicable, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Immediate action may be taken for urgent security, safety, fraud, or legal risks. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations or records we must retain by law or for legal claims. Unused credits do not expire solely due to time; treatment of credits following termination will comply with mandatory consumer law and will take account of the reason for termination.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete security, or that Outputs will be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for your purpose. These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded for Indonesian consumers.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Service or Outputs. Netra's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory personal-data obligations, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

12. Indemnity for business use

If you use the Service for a business or organization, that organization will indemnify Netra against third-party claims arising from its unlawful Inputs, Outputs, or use of the Service, except to the extent caused by Netra's breach, negligence, or misconduct. This section does not apply to an individual acting solely as a consumer to the extent prohibited by law.

13. Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms. For a material Terms change, we will provide reasonable notice and require renewed acceptance where appropriate. A new version does not apply retroactively. If you do not accept a required update, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contact rifky@netraruntime.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute within 30 days. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution right, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta.

15. General

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated notices form the agreement for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary and the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Service, subject to law. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
